SHIPPING:
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the package, which depends on the amount of product you order. You can view the shipping costs for what is in your shopping cart before finalizing and paying for an order. The shipping rates on our web site apply if your order is shipping to U.S. or Canadian destinations.

*If you are shipping to ALASKA, HAWAII, or another country, we recommend you call us to place an order. We can make special arrangements for your orders. We will arrange to ship to anywhere in the world.

All orders are shipped by UPS. Their services include Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground. We can ship collect if you have an account number you would prefer to use. We can also ship via other services if you would to ship it on your account. You must place the order by phone to have this happen.

Is my order insured?
Yes, all of our orders are fully insured with the shipping carrier. You do not have to pay extra for this.

When will my order ship?
Most orders placed online are shipped out within 24 hours. If you need a faster turnaround time, please call your order in directly.

SAFETY
Are the glow products safe?
Yes, all of our the glow products are safe. The chemicals used in the glow products are NON-TOXIC and NON-FLAMMABLE. Contents may stain clothing and furniture. Contact with the eyes, mouth, or skin should be treated by rinsing with water.

QUALITY
Are your products high in quality?
We manufacture our glow products to be very high in quality. In fact, our manufacturing facility has a university where we are constantly testing current products, and developing new products all the time. Our glow sticks are used in US military operations around the world. If soldiers can put their lives on the line with our products, they will most certainly handle what you need them for.

We receive new shipments on a weekly basis. We do not carry or attempt to sell old products. All of our glow products will glow for 10-14 hours, minimum, and have a shelf life of 2 years.

Don’t be deceived by what other companies claim to be high quality.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards and PayPal. We also can arrange COD orders.We also accept government or educational purchase orders– please contact our office to make these arrangements.

RESELLING
I need advise on how to resell the products
Many of our customers easily sell these items at Fairs, Concerts, Holiday Events, Fundraisers, etc. You should expect to make 200-600% markup on the products. We’re happy to answer any of your questions to help you get started.

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We always stand behind our products. Each item that is shipped to you is hand packed, and checked for quality assurance. Sometimes in shipping, pieces become broken. If you have an item that reaches you in this manner, or it was not what you were looking for, simply contact us within 30 days to receive a return authorization number, and we’ll credit you for any unopened product that is returned.
